Very helpful, very accommodating. Their service went over and above our expectations. Worked with us for over a month to be able to make the deal possible with us, and was very much appreciated. This dealership is highly recommended if you are looking for a used or new vehicle. Jacob and Kenny were especially helpful.

Had an appointment booked within 2 days.
Dropped off in the morning and the check-in was quick.
Great coffee machine.
Didn't have to wait long for a shuttle to take me to work.
They called when the work was completed, and the shuttle was prompt in picking me up and taking me back to the dealership.

Jeep was ready when I arrived, but I noticed that there was no complimentary wash. Other dealerships I have been to have washed the Jeep after just an oil change.

This was a 50k service, which apparently is major, and it reflected in the cost which was almost $1000 with tax.
Coincidentally, my colleague took her Honda Civic in for a 50k service the day before, and there were a lot of similarities with our service, but hers only came to just over $300.

Nabeel was great, helped me understand everything before during and after the buying process. Patterson was awesome hilarious but serious when it's time for business. Couldn't be happier with the entire process, and even happier with my first brand new car. The time they took to help me find the right fit and inform me on the different specs that really made my car, my car. Have to give a shout out to Kenny for all the help with financing, I will never buy a car from anyone else! Cooksville dodge you've gained a customer for life!!

I am very pleased with the service I received from my sales associate Jacob. I was pleasantly greeted by him and he provided me with all the information I needed to purchase my very first Jeep. I was offered a fair amount on my trade-in vehicle and the turnaround to getting the car was a mere two days. When the deal was closed I was surprised with the offer of a cargo net for my new car and if there was any future questions that I was not to hesitate to notify him. I would highly recommend not only Jacob but all the friendly staff at Cooksville Dodge Chrysler.

My husband and I just bought a Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Nabeel Ali and it was such an easy and great experience from start to finish. He knew what we wanted and what our budget was and made it work! This was our first time buying a new car and the process was quick and simple! We love our new jeep and will definitely be going back.
