Amit was an outstanding salesman. He was honest and patient, going out of his way to answer questions and show me cars/features. Everyone at Cooksville Hyundai is the opposite of pushy and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Cooksville (and Amit) to anyone looking for a great car, at a great price, with great customer service.

I have been dealing with this dealership now for about 5 years and I absolutely have no issues always very welcoming, pleasant and on time with service. Ross Johnson the sales man is very thorough, very friendly just a people person absolutely wonderful. This is the only place I will ever go to and recommend to everyone to join Cooksville Hyundai. Update: was promptly contacted by the general manager. The misunderstanding was cleared and he assured that they will take this feedback to improve customer experience. Changing my rating. Just gave my car for service. The experience was not pleasant. I have decided not to come back here again. The gentleman at the front desk didn't ask me what kind of service I wanted, wrote up a $279 service and a car wash among other things. When I told him I wanted an oil change an inspection of a certain noise (something I told them when I booked the appointment) that's coming from the front, he looked displeased. When I asked him about an offer on the desk of a spring maintenance package (which looked similar to what he was giving me for 279), he didn't answer my question. He repeated a couple of times it's about a $100 but didn't explain what the difference was. Here are my specific problems with the experience: - he didn't ask me what I wanted - he was extremely casual with his responses and avoided answering my questions. That's just rude in my book. - he was trying to upsell a service that I didn't ask for. I am okay with spending the amount that's needed but take the time to explain why that is needed. Kept telling me it's just cheaper and that's the difference. In the end, I didn't feel comfortable and he definitely didn't win my trust.

Had a great experience buying our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe XL from Cooksville Hyundai. We dealt with David Moore and he was an extremely pleasant person to deal with, David was knowledgeable of the vehicle and made the whole experience a pleasant task, something that can be hard to find when visiting other showrooms. My wife and I felt no pressure and were given a really nice welcome, the whole deal went very smoothly and I would recommend David if you are thinking of buying a car. The vehicle was cleaned, new plates installed and a full tank of gas…we are two happy people. I would definitely consider going back to this dealership in the future if we need another car. Paul R.
