Saw online and try it out. Waiter was friendly and knew his products. Alcohol drinks that I tried need it more boost but it taste good. Little burn on medium steak but it was tender and tasty. Rib was tender and sauce is just right amount. Dessert was huge and good to share. I will be coming back
Food was pretty good, everyone liked their dish. It didn’t take too long to come out at all. The chef accidentally cooked one steak wrong and fixed it before it was even brought out, which is much appreciated. Only took a minute for the remake. Can’t complain, mistakes happen! Other that that very small thing Everyone’s steak was made perfectly, salmon was great, just really sweet. The alcoholic drinks were a little too strong for our liking. Made it kinda hard to enjoy. Our server Blake was very nice, we had to give him a $40 tip, it was well deserved. Patient, kind, cracked some jokes with us, checked up on us often. Answered any and all questions for us. Very friendly, a great server this place is lucky to have him.
Metal in the salad on the last visit and no one was really concerned about that! Didn’t even ask the person that bit into the metal if they were ok! But they did offer to comp the meal. I guess that helps?? And they always over cook the steaks. No matter how you order it it’s always well done and have to ask them to cook another one the right way. Literally every time we go there.
Ordered a steakhouse Cobb salad$27.95from these guys via DoorDash, got some lettuce with no steak. When I called, the manager was very apologetic, and offered a few options we’d have to come in for, which was better than nothing. That being said, the point of DoorDash delivery is for convenience, so that you don’t have to drive. I understand the post-pandemic restaurant/service industry is tough to find good help and all, but this is unacceptable.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at their late happy hour. The appetizers were delicious and reasonably priced. Beers were cold. But most importantly the service was amazing! We were helped immediately by the friendly bartender I wish I got her name for this review! It was on December 19th in case management wants to figure out who deserves some kudos! And the food came out quickly. It was a great experience.
I was between giving this restaurant 3 stars or 4 stars, but a few things pushed me to 4 stars. First of all, our waitress, Sharon who goes by Shary, was excellent. She had a great smile, was friendly, and attentive. When she brought out our food, she noticed that my friend's tri-tip was not medium rare as he had ordered it, so she got him a replacement which was cooked perfectly. Second plus, most of the food was delicious. We both loved the beans. My friend enjoyed the artichoke Alfredo. His tri-tip was amazing. My ribeye steak, however, was under-seasoned and was medium rather than medium-rare, but I did not complain. The garlic red mashed potatoes could have used more garlic and a little pepper, but they were enjoyable. The premium margarita and the stagecoach margarita were both wonderful. The blue sky breeze drink on their $5 drink menu was bland, but at least the other two were great. We ended up taking home a lot of food. All in all, we are likely to eat there again.
Been here many times. Love their happy hour especially their appetizer food, good choices. Believe you have to eat in the bar for the prices.
Happy hour all day , every day in the bar. The prices were super reasonable for food, but the order took a long time even though the massive dining room was essentially empty. Bar tender was good. Sad this is really more Western theme than Paul Newman theme. Even their logo looks more like Clint Eastwood than Newman. What's with that? I wanted to see some George Kennedy memorabilia and maybe a hard-boiled egg special.
Cool Hand Lukes always has the BEST prime rib. And the Strawberry Pizza cheesecake is to die for.Food: 5/5
Delicious food with big portions and a really affordable price. Kind waitress, proper parking and quick service. My husband - that’s super critic - had the salmon with pilaf rice and loved it. I had the Texas Shrimp Trio and will definitely come back for it in the future :
