I gave a deposit for work that I cancelled.  The paperwork stated no refund for work completed.  I informed them within 24hrs that I wanted to hold off and have refund returned. Two weeks later, the Office Manager"  refused to return $5,000.00.  Claimed that they had my "dental molds"(expensive).  I requested they be mailed. Four years later, I have still not received.  The Office is very nice and the staff very professional but now I understand why.  Stealing from someone with newly diagnosed Spinal Cord Damage, who was in rehab and needed the money to pay medical bills, didn't matter.  Beware!
