First, I am not a person to write reviews online about any company or entity but Cooley Construction (based in Oklahoma City) is honestly the most dishonest, unethical and pathetic construction company I have ever dealt with. In fact, if it was possible to give "0" stars they would be deserving of this. Cooley Construction out of Oklahoma City does not pay their subcontractors and have had numerous complaints submitted to the Military and Government in regard to their unethical business practices. Do not use Cooley Construction out of Oklahoma City as a contractor and definitely beware if you sign on as a sub-contractor. Additionally, they are nearly impossible to get a hold of should you need anything or have questions.
