I called Cooper Roofing as a referral from our Builders - DH Horton because after 2 days of heavy rains we noticed some water stains on the ceiling of our front patio area. It brought much concern as our home was built just a little over a year ago. We wanted to be sure that there was no water ponding or issues of mold. Lori was helpful in getting our home scheduled very quickly. I called on a Thursday and my appointment was scheduled for Saturday. They let me know that they would inspect and if work or repairs need to be done, it would be done that day. That was great news. I was given a time frame that the crew would arrive between 8am and 12 noon with a phone call half an hour before arrival. Although, I did not get a phone call, they were very prompt and arrived around 8am. They explained what was going to be done and started the inspection. A leak was found and the repairs were done with no rubbish or debris. All in about 2 hours. They let us know what was done to repair and the following business day (which is today-Monday) I received a completed service ticket from Lori. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of any roofing work. S. Garcia
