D&L agreed to warranty an associate's work - and they came out every year for five years to do small patches, and repatch the patches. Eventually the roof failed, after their limited warranty expired, and they stopped taking my calls. I paid another PROFESSIONAL roofing company to replace my 5-year-old, over-patched roof who spent a full day removing the failed roof as they didn't want to risk, or warranty, the previous work for fear that it would fail again if they left it underneath. Based on the number of issues and problems I had with the existing roof, it was an easy decision to make but an unfortunate expense to incur on a guaranteed product that should have lasted 20 years.

Everyone we had contact with at D & L was very courteous and professional. There was a rain delay in our start date but Mike contacted me and we knew what to expect. Each of their employees were courteous and they did a very good job in a timely manner. We were very pleased with their work and highly recommend them. When we repair the rest of our roof we will call them.

Herb from D&L came today and gave me an estimate.  I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling and just knew I had a roof leak. He was very professional and took a lot of time looking at my roof. Not like some other companies did and gave me a price after 10 minutes!! After careful examination,  Herb told me the issue was most likely was my air conditioner due to the fact I had rust from the wall and drain on the side of my house. He actually showed me the rust water residue outside and advised that I call an air conditioning company to check it out. NO other companies had done that with my other estimates!! He was absolutely right, my air conditioner which is an old unit in my attic was the cause of the leak! It is so refreshing to have an honest company not try to take my $$. I called him back to let him know what the problem was and that he was 100% correct! He only suggested to keep the roof in good shape, and did not try to up sell me on something I didn't need right away!  So many companies are about $$ and not the consumer. If you are reading this, don't hesitate to call D&L. Great professional company!

After dealing with several other local roofing companies, finding D&L was such a relief. David B. was easy to work with and they were able to complete the repairs quickly and what seemed to be easily.

D & L did wonderful work on my aging roof. I am so relieved to not worry about leaks anymore. Their crew showed up on time and completed the work without issues. I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work. I will not hesitate to refer D & L to everyone I know!
