I worked briefly with broker Larry Boss and I have to say that he is one of the most professional and honest broker I have dealt with in Queens.  Even though I ultimately did not rent an apartment from him due to another option being cheaper, from the moment he showed up, Larry was positive and energetic about showing off the various apartments.  If I ever needed an apartment in the future, I would definitely seek this man out first before pursuing different websites/brokers.

We contacted Larry Boss about an apartment in Forest Hills, unfortunately it was no longer available but he had a couple others he could show us. Each one was different but they were all being renovated or almost done with renovation. It was nice to see the work actually being done, too many time you read a listing that says "JUST RENOVATED" and clearly it hasn't been. Larry is fun to talk to and is eager to help you find the right fit. He also will walk you through the entire process, you won't feel slighted or ignored. He is also quick to respond to texts.

Larry Boss was amazing! I looked on my own for months on end until I finally meet Larry and a week later we signed a lease! He understood exactly what we wanted and needed with much appreciated dedication to the search.

Larry Boss is the man with the plan!! My boyfriend and I were checking out a few listings that we booked through Zillow. We couldn't find anything that met our needs. We decided to stop in The Realty Co-Op Connection and were greeted by Larry. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed us the PERFECT apartment and secured our lease nearly a month before we were ready to move in. Every step of the way, Larry was supportive and kept an open line of communication. If you're moving to Queens, Larry is who you should trust to get the job done!

Larry Boss was excellent. the process went as expected, no problems.  He was knowledgeable of the area and the building I was looking at.  All in all good experience.
