I worked with Helen/Yelena and she was wonderful and very patient. Showed me the same apt again and drove me to the the train when leaving.  I read the lease.. took my time.. and she clarified any question I had. Being the first time renter on my own, she helped very much by giving good advice. 

I got the place. Furthermore she helped getting the rent price a bit lower then the listed price for me. I will be sure to give her info to other renters seeking for an apt.

      Met Helen/Yelena Makarova at the interested property, the agent was nice, informative, responsive pleasant, and timely. After saw the place and love it, we arrange and meet up at the office 11078 Queens Blvd. the next day with all necessary documentation, credit reports, application forms and $200 fee. 
     In the end, did not get the place due to an outstanding loan on a credit report although the score met the requirement. Appreciated all the effort the agent had done but unfortunately did not get the place and lose the money on fee ($200).

Liar- from the start.

My agent's name was Klora.

She told me it was a no fee apartment- turns out there is a fee- HUGE one.
She told me the bathroom and kitchen were redone with marble counters and tiling- not at all.
I asked her for her full  name- she diverted the topic each time I asked.

She tried to push me into signing the most expensive unit- which I did not like at all. I asked her to show me other options but she kept on asking me, "why? This one is so good. Just take this one."
After she had reluctantly showed me just one other option, she pulled me out of the room and took me back to the first unit and again, tried to push me. I clearly told her, "no I'm not interested" but she just kept on going about how amazing the apartment is and how it's going to go fast. 
I asked her to show me the laundry room- she refused. Second request- she not only refused but added an insulting note, "no, you waste my time." 
Was she playing a game with me? It wasn't working.
I instantly told her I am going to request a new agent and will report her to her agency- her response to that: "ok so you let me know once you're ready to apply"

Great experience. Helen worked around our schedule, even showing apartment twice. She was always pleasant, professional, and helpful. I learned a lot. I will strongly recommend her to others.

Helen Makarova was wonderful. She was on point on time. I had a great experience with her. She is what customer services is all about. I would recommend her to my friends and family.
