In the last 10 minutes, I went inside before pumping gas since I was using cash. The manager at the counter, her name was Shelly, was absolutely rude and it needs to be brought to attention. I needed $10 in gas and also asked for a pack of cigarettes and grabbed a lighter. I paid with a $20 which she literally snatched out of my hand like I was an inconvenience and my very existence in the store was a nuisance. She dropped my change into my hand with such disdain that it bounced out of my hand and fell on the counter. Without making eye contact she smugly said have a nice day while staring out the window. This individual has no business being in a customer service position let alone also having a "manager" title. I am very disappointed that someone like this is employed at such a busy traveler stop and should be reprimanded if not terminated. I, and I'm sure others, have been insulted by her blatant disrespect and complete disregard for decent human behavior.

Tried asking Rachel where their air machines were at and she said very rudly "I can't hear you" as she was pulling a trash can. She refused to stop so that she could answer my question so I had to YELL the question again to her. She then pointed me in the wrong direction and had a 'dirty' look on her face as if I was inconvienencing her or asking her to actually do her job by being nice. After I finally found where their machines actually were, I had to go inside to get quarters and she once again had the same look and told me "I don't need you to hold the door.". I asked very nicely for her name before going inside to see if it was just a fluk and she once again had a rude tone and that 'look' as she told me what it was. I waited in line and she 'accidently' bumped into me without saying excuse me or sorry. After checking my tire pressure I went back inside to purchase a drink and of course she made it seen like I was inconvienencing her because she had to stop what she was doing to ring up my drink. I then decided to talk with the manager who was very nice about the situation and I was told that she usually gets compliments about her and has never had a negative thing said. I do not know why she was SO RUDE toward me but I will never be back due to my experience with Rachel.
