some of the employees are good, others are just down right rude. on a Saturday afternoon I go in separate from my wife and, my wife comes in after me so she can use the bathroom. my wife came out asking for toilet paper because they were out and the manager said they were out so he quick left to go get some. then the other lady was making fun of my wife behind her back not knowing im her husband. I was not happy so i put down the stuff I was gonna buy and grabbed my wife and just left. 
also make sure you always check what they are charging you. the cashier on Monday morning here tried to charge me for a $20 gas card I did not even ask for. she could tell I was tired since it was 6 a.m. but im not stupid, so yeah don't try to steal from me.

Small,  lazy,  coffee area seriously lacking. 9 am on a Saturday and you're out of coffee?! I've never walked out of a store empty handed as many times as I have here! I'll go to gvsu speedway for my coffee, and gas while I'm at it.

With one or two exceptions, the employees here are rude and give the impression that they would rather be someplace else.  The lines quite frequently have five or more people in them, yet there are employees sweeping the floor or stocking shelves instead of opening another register.  The store is middle of the road as far as cleanliness, and the same goes for the fuel prices.  They are quite frequently sold out of popular items.  Save yourself some hassle and patronize the BP across the road or the Shell across town.
