I wouldn't consider the staff helpful at all. The guy who drives the brand new audi has a ego bigger then an elephant itself. I don't care how rich you are. I don't care if you can afford the furniture here. I don't care that you are wealthy. You lie about finding rocks which aren't just rocks you go find on the ground. You need to take your ego somewhere else. You drive an audi so it's nothing to be surprised about. Gotta brag about money, considering you work in a furniture store. You have nothing to even brag about

I just love this store. The customer service is amazing (very personable, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy). I purchased my dining room chairs and beautiful living room sofa from here. In each case, I really didn't have a picture of exactly what I wanted but described the atmosphere I wanted to create to the sales person and ended up with the most perfect pieces for my house. They really do a great job of listening and paying attention to what you're trying to achieve. I will definitely come here first in the future when I need new furniture.

We have worked with Copenhagen West since 2009, and have had an exceptional experience the entire time. Jed Finderup and his amazing team (Casey, Diana, mom Sonja) demonstrate the highest degree of customer service, product knowledge, and design skill you can expect in an establishment of this level. Their warehouse/delivery team are a cut above any other we've ever dealt with, and they too know the product line very well and really demonstrate they care about their customers. The quality and selection of products you'll find at Copenhagen West are outstanding. We've furnished nearly our entire home over the years and I have no doubt we'll continue until there's no room left in the house that isn't touched with a product from Copenhagen West.(And then I'm sure we'll find something else to upgrade!) We highly recommend this team of professionals and their establishment to anyone looking for the complete package of quality, service and commitment. They don't just sell you furniture; it's a consultative approach that in the end, leaves the customer supremely confident with their purchase.

This is the only local place in SLC where you can find a number of high end, modern furniture pieces from companies like Gus and EQ3. Lots of Italian options as well. The employees were very helpful and not pushy. The only potential downside is waiting for 3-6 weeks for some pieces to arrive from Europe, but that's really out of their control.
