I don't even think they deserved any star on the review. I am so disappointed about their services. I bought a slipcover that the color is fading so quickly that they think it is not the manufacturer problem. I just could not think of such company has bad services like this. I think everyone should think twice if buying anything expensive there. Many of the furniture products are not in good qualities and I know they will not do much to help you if there are any problem.

If you love waiting in line holding a five pound overpriced box of goods for relatives you haven’t seen in a while and then having everyone ignore you whilst standing in the obvious line for purchases, then this is the place for you.

We really like the items we've ordered from them. Would rate 5 stars based on products alone. However, we ordered a couch from them in September and was told if we be here by Mid December. Well it's now February and still no couch. This isn't the first time we've seen a major shipping delay from Crate and Barrel.
