Copley Place can be called the luxury mall of Boston for many reasons. First of all, there are a lot of luxury stores with items that have pricettage of upwards of a thousand dollars and they are very reputed brands. Secondly, there are some food options and a hotel that is very good. Finally, there is connection with the Prudential Center as the two malls can make a good Boston shopping trip. Overall, small but good luxury mall with nice stores.

I enjoyed my time in Boston mainly because this place was across the hotel I was staying. It’s an indoor shopping center with many big name stores, fancy restaurants and very accessible from the hotels in the zone.

This urban shopping mall has been around for decades and is starting to feel a little dated. The dark marble and gold details feel heavy and old-fashioned. Also the selection of stores is somewhat random, with some very high end designer and also the Gap and J Crew. Dining options are very limited, at this point it's just Legal Seafood. Butt's very convenient to the MBTA and is a nice walk through too Prudential.b

Cannot complain about this fabulous mall---The shops are OUTSTANDING! With one exception unfortunately, in Neiman Marcus on the street level, with a woman named Jeanette in the women's fragrance dept, who appeared rather rude, unprofessional and guarded with samples a while back, so I had to give feedback, and appears that she was out of line with good customer service---she does appear to have issues, personality! Everyone else is nice!! Security detail is really friendly and a CLASS ACT with their outstanding uniforms!!!
