Ordered the highly rated rattlesnake pasta and meatloaf entrees. They were OK. The sauteed spinach was cold but Mom enjoyed the meatloaf. The saving grace were the desserts...bread pudding and key lime pie...simply put...Heavenly!

Great casual dining. Drinks were strong, almost to a fault, burger was well cooked and prepared with a great variety of flavors, but the bun was way too weak for the patty and toppings and fell apart from bite one. Definitely would visit again. That French dip sounds too good to leave untested.

I came here with my girlfriend, her mother, and another friend of their's for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. It was about 1:30 and the place wasn't too terribly busy yet. The overall atmosphere felt a little upscale, but still casual at the same time. Our server was friendly and the service was excellent. The food was very, very good, especially the calamari that we ordered for the appetizer. The menu has a good mix of items on it. While nobody in our party tried their rotisserie chicken that they're apparently known for, I did have the crispy chicken sandwich that was on special for the day and it was good. We were able to hang around and chat after we finished our meal and by the time we left at about 3:30, there still weren't a whole lot of people in the restaurant yet. Albeit, it was a rainy Saturday afternoon...perhaps things pick up for dinner service.

Everything is excellent here but one thing---the front desk / greeters. They are absolutely terrible!! I have taken friends and family here and just gone myself a multitude of times. I have not experienced this just one time... multiple times they are so rude. They don't care about your requests as a customer in general. They have terrible attitudes and worry about answering phones rather than dealing with customers right in from of them. It is just the worst experience when that is the first thing you are experiencing when entering the restaurant. I have complained to management once when I had family in--they were very apologetic, but I have seen no improvements.

The Rotisserie Chicken Salad was good, not great, and my aunt loved the Crabcake Sandwich. Plus her side salad came with some awesome cornbread. However the seating wasn't super convenient, though the interior was quite pretty. A bit expensive for the quality, but not a bad place to eat.
