Friendly service, quick turns

Worst Customer service I have yet to experience in the Traverse City area. The woman helping me was completely incompetent and could not properly open a Word 2013 Document. I was attempting to make only 22 copies over 5 documents, exceedingly simple task. After over 15 minutes the lady became frustrated and blamed me for her incompetence. Then another woman weighed in calling me rude after I complained about the $7,86 charge for 22 copies on pain old copy paper, Then like a complete psychoctic she reached in to my folder grabbed out the copies and ripped them up in a tantrum saying go someplace else, keeping ALL of my personal information. Top it all off they made me miss a bus. I hit up Copy Central paid .65 cents and was on my way in less than 10 minutes.
