TLDR
- service was VERY slow 
- food wasn't hot
- coffee was warm and burnt tasting
- kids got sick after eating there

Service on Saturday was very slow.  They have a lot of staff, but they could stand to make their process more efficient - lots of running around without seeming to get as much done as they should.  Wait in line was close to 10 minutes even though there were open available tables.  Drinks weren't served until after my meal had arrived which required me to remind them.   Coffee was luke warm and tasted burnt.  Food was served warm and was a long wait.  Fresh fruit served with the food wasn't ripe yet.  Kids had stomach aches shorting after getting home.  I used to enjoy visiting this place, now, not so much.

Sever brought the wrong food order for one of us in the group. Correct order didn't come until the rest of us were finished eating. Also, drinks took very long to come to table. Service was slow and not very polite.

Service was great but food has gone way down. Deep fried bacon that was cold. Burnt potatoes. Just not the quality or quantity it was. However prices are still the same or more.

My husband and I have been to this location many times and we usually have a good experience, but this last time the service and organization was disappointing. We were first brought the wrong beverage, we then waited about 25 mins for our meal only to have it come out missing some of the food. We had to track down the waitress multiple times to have it corrected. We were not offered refills on our drinks. When the bill came it had the wrong beverage order. The place seemed busy so I don't want to blame the waiter, but it could certainly use some better organization, and some ownership of the errors made. I am optimistic that this is a one off poor experience.
