A year ago, I came here with a friend for the first time. I was a hamburger person then, and the burgers were absolutely delicious! Later, I figured out about their Fish ‘n Chips Friday’s. I ate it for 3 Friday’s in a row, until I noticed that the entire fish was basically skin, and it would probably clog my arteries... Overall a great restaraunt! + The owner & waitresses were super friendly! 🙂

Ridiculously poor service. They forgot to submit our order. Never apologized or comped is for anything. Took 2.5 hrs waiting for food, waiting for bill, waiting to order. Very disappointing. Restaurant wasn’t even busy. 
Wish they valued customers. I’ve seen this happen there all the time. I never complain but this service was excruciatingly bad.

Been a big fan of Symposium chain. been to many of them and they are 4.5 to 5 start from the drinks to the food. for some reason over the years each time i come here food is ok but drinks are always off ! I don't the reason but each time its the same issues. drinks and the service can be so so. is it worth visiting ? yes is it a good reflection of  the quality of the chain ? no.  go to 400 and 7 location you will understand what i mean.

I'm being generous because the waitress was friendly and polite but the food is terrible. The melon is a perfect representation of how everything tastes. We ordered a hot chocolate and asked whether the whipped cream was real and were told it was. It's not - it's fake plastic tasting stuff. Want maple syrup with your waffles? Nope. They only have table syrup. The coffee is the colour of coffee but I can't even pin down what the taste is.  The ambience is nice. It the food is so bad the it feels like you're being conned.

Breakfast with kids. The harshest critics can be the little ones. We ordered a variety of breakfast items, from waffles, French toast and omelettes.  They all came back delicious, perfectly cooked and getting thumbs up from the little critics. You have to give this place 5 stars for effort to make this place into a great breakfast destination for a young family.
