The staff is completely oblivious to any customers. We walked in and the only worker there was on the cell phone making weekend plans with a friend. Although to love the store for school spirit items the customer service really ruins it for me

I went in and waited for the blonde cashier to acknowledge my presence in front of the counter. I had a question to see if they had something. I stood there in front of her as she was on her phone, and then on her Facebook (It had her profile picture and everything so I knew it was her personal account) and waited 5 minutes and still she did not acknowledge I was there waiting on her. I walked out. Never again will I go to this store. I will only go to the Iowa city one. Management needs to get this under control.
