There customer service is amazing. They truly take their lifetime guarantee seriously. If one of their products gets worn out or broken, they are willing to replace it for free. No questions asked. In short, they are very wonderful. Also, the lightness of their products is very worth the price.

Quality never seems consistent with a few men's pieces I'm always looking for. 40% discounts is common place for the entire store also has me question the true value. Everything I've owned has held up though. Mixed feelings on this brand.
