Niva truly loves what she does, and it shows. She is always attending conferences and learning about all the newest research and techniques coming out. She is very knowledgeable about many (if not all) chronic pelvic pain issues, so you can feel safe talking with her about any concerns you may have. For me, she was more than just a PT, but someone that helped me through the most difficult time in my life. She has the ability to think out of the box and go the extra mile. She also will keep active communication with your doctor and also knows various good doctors in the area if you are looking for one or if she feels you should see one. Finally, her love for pelvic pain has inspired me to find what I am truly passionate about in life, helping others with chronic pelvic pain too!

I had never heard of physical therapy for pelvic issues until my doctor recommended Core Dynamics. I am so glad that he did. I was definitely nervous and anxious when I first started going but happy to say that Rebecca has been a tremendous help in my pre and post-surgical periods. She is easy to talk to and encouraging. Her ability to reassure me when I felt like I was doing every exercise wrong is what kept me from giving up. I highly recommend her and this group.

I feel so lucky to have found Core Dynamics and highly recommend Rebecca Marcus. She is lighthearted, gentle, caring and really knowledgeable. After the difficult birth of my son, I realized something was definitely wrong. At my first consultation, I went in distraught thinking that my previously active lifestyle was over. I was even afraid to lift my newborn for fear of making things worse. However, Rebecca reassured me that I could do all those things as I get stronger. At various appointments, Rebecca would perform some manual trigger point release and biofeedback with me and showed me exercises to do at home. As I kept seeing Rebecca and diligently (well as much as I can with a new baby) doing my “homework” almost every day, I saw that my symptoms were starting to go away. She continued to give me progressively more challenging exercises as I got stronger and eventually got to the point where she showed me how I can lift weights using proper breathing techniques. Today, I am 6 months out from my first appointment with her and I can say that most days I am asymptomatic and I can happily play with and carry my heavy 21 pound son all throughout the day. Thank you Rebecca and Core Dynamics! Also shout out to Annabelle who always greeted me warmly and Niva who I never worked with but was always super friendly.

I had such a great experience at Core Dynamics PT. Niva was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and was always full of energy. I would highly recommend Niva and Core Dynamics PT.
