My experience with Symbio has been excellent. Everything from scheduling appointments, to insurance matters, to my actual therapy appointments have been great. The front desk staff are always polite and welcoming, and the office is always clean and comfortable. I've been seeing Veronica for almost two months for a running-related injury, and she's been amazing -- very thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely listens to what I'm feeling to make sure that she can properly diagnose the issue prescribe exercises and solutions. It really feels like a collaborative process. I was really upset when I first developed my injury. Having an injury that disrupts your physical activity can be really hard, mentally, but having a physical therapist that is invested in you getting better and makes sure you are part of that process is very comforting. I highly recommend Symbio.

I love Symbio PT. I have worked with Chad, Veronica and Jackie, and I know the rest of the team is fantastic as well through my colleagues that are clients at Symbio as well. As a professional dancer, they have helped me through my chronic injuries / pain and are attentive and honest I love that they take a look at the entire body as a whole, not just the affected area, to really see what's going on in your alignment or imbalances. They use a range of methods to address your needs and explain to you exactly what they're doing, so you really learn what's going on as well. I highly highly recommend going to Symbio! They are also all incredibly warm and friendly, and make me feel at ease in their care.

I can't say enough about what an incredible place Symbio Physiotherapy is. I've been to PT for numerous issues over the years, but I have never been in a more professional, caring, and thoughtful environment. My therapist, Karan Data, considered all aspects of my condition, and helped me get to a place of true healing, something that was missing from every other PT experience I have had in the past. Scheduling appointments was easy and flexible, and the support staff was kind and communicative.

Scheduling and going to Symbio is made very easy; Veronica at Symbio has been extremely helpful in helping with my chronic bulging disc. The model of being one-on-one with a therapist for 45 minutes has made a huge difference in my recovery; this type of attention is not something that often happens at other p/t places in NYC. I highly recommend!

Symbio Physiotherapy is a great PT organization. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I went to Symbio with a physical injury that had for way-too-long negatively impacted my everyday routine. After a number of sessions with and coaching from my physical therapist, Veronica, I am well on my way to fully rehabilitating that injury. Symbio's facility is top notch -- it is comfortable, clean and full of the equipment necessary for multiple types of physical therapy. The staff at Symbio is superlative. Veronica is simply amazing at what she does. The front desk handles scheduling and billing quickly and efficiently. Every staff member at Symbio is friendly, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Symbio Physiotherapy to anyone who is in need of effective, reasonably priced PT in NYC from a very talented group of professional physical therapists.
