I came to Paula when my back pain and anxiety was clouding my generally pleasant disposition. I'd never tried yoga before so I was a little uncomfortable, but her patience, clarity and knowledge helped me forget myself and ease into what has become a regular routine for strengthening my core and clearing my mind. I still carry her lessons with me. Great space as well. I feel lucky to have made her acquaintance. Highly recommended.

This studio is cozy, beautiful, and staffed by great people. The intimate setting allows you to have an interactive experience with the instructors so that you can receive the attention and feedback that many large studios can't offer. Paula taught my first yoga class ever, and I keep going back whenever I can!

You get much more than a workout at CoreVibes Studio. The glass tower is a beautiful, quiet studio space with spectacular views. Lynne Ellen, Pam, Paula, and Margaret Ann are some of the most highly-trained instructors in our area and the small class sizes insure personalized attention to form - which means you are getting the most out of your classes and knowledge for use beyond the studio.

This is a beautiful studio with the most experienced instructors in town and great individual attention! This is the only place you want to experience Pilates and Gyrotonics! Added plus is the laser machine and salt therapy booth opportunities. You definitely need to try this studio!

This is a wonderful facility with great instructors. Pilates is the best thing I've ever done for myself. Instructors are extremely knowledgeable and attentive to needs to the client. I have personally worked with Lynne Ellen, Pam and Paula over the years. Whether beginner or seasoned exerciser, you will benefit greatly from their expertise and Pilates.
