I used the valet service on wed dec 17,2014 at westfield mall in culver city. After dinner, I picked up my car and found all the change from the ash tray missing (not a big deal) but when my prescription sunglasses were missing, I had to say something. The valet would not give me his name. The manager was not on site and when I called, got his voice mail. I have called the corporate office 3 times. No call backs even though I was told some one would get back to me by end of day. The prescription glasses (in Oakly frames) cost $500. Dont know what this valet will do with prescription glasses. I bet he's disapointed! I locked everything, except this small unlockable compartment in the BMW where the glasses were. If you use this service, watch out! They don't seem to care their employees are thieves!
