Based on earlier reviews, my husband chose the rotisserie - Classic Corn Maiden and was not disappointed. Prepared perfectly. I chose the daily special Rainbow trout stuffed with eggplant & pea risotto with lobster cream. Creative, fresh and delicious! Appreciated the small dessert portions because dinner was abundantly portioned. We WILL be back!

Exceptional meal. Pricey but outstanding. The green chile strips were very tasty. The corn chutney that came with it was so tasty. The lobster pasta was delicious and loaded with lobster. The meat dish I had (Brazilian style) featured 3 ounces each of steak, duck breast, and pork tenderloin. The veggie side was very good. Great ambience. We could have easily shared either one. The overall portions of the entrees were substantial.

Oh, my! Fabulous service and delightful offerings. High dollar all the way around and worth every dollar.

While I found the rest of the food and drink offerings at this property average, the Corn Maiden is a step beyond. Talking with Chef du Cuisine Ernesto Duran expressed his philosophy and vision in fine dining. His food demonstrates these extremely well. A very excellent meal in a very pleasant environment. #spon

Wonderful experience and food in a elegant setting. The price will keep this a rare treat for us, but we will certainly be going back.
