The power breakfast wasn’t bad. My issues with this establishment though: They serve in single use dinnerware, single use utensils. There is no recycling container in the shop. Can you imagine how much waste this place produces that goes into the landfill? Every single plastic fork that you have ever used is still out there, pulling the Earth. I should have done my research before contributing. At least I took my plate and cup home to recycle. Employees look grumpy and unhappy. There is no team spirit here. This feels like a cold place. Nobody greeted me, just took my order.
We used Corner Bakery Columbia catering for our women's retreat and had a great experience! Dennis was extremely helpful! He helped me put together a selection of prepackaged boxed lunches and salads for the ladies to select from. Corner Bakery was able to accommodate all of our dietary restrictions and other special requests. The lunches were greatly enjoyed and very reasonably priced! The lunch boxes came with sandwich, salad, apple, chips, and delicious cookie! The only thing that was a little tricky was that they don't deliver catering on Saturdays, but it was still definitely worth the effort to pick it up ourselves. We will definitely use this catering for future events!
Was really not a fan of the avocado egg wrap, tasted almost like a frozen meal. The hazelnut was ok.

The food was terrible today. Bread was chalky and underbaked. Salad was stale and wilted. Waste of time and big waste of money. Very unhappy customer
Worse grilled chicken Cesear Salad I ever had. Lettuce was shredded as what you would put on a sub. Dressing came on the side where as it would be mixed in. The grilled chicken was ice cold straight out the fridge. Very little parmesan cheese. The service was great. My first and last visit. Tossed it in the trash, was not photo worthy Money wasted. Would not recommend.
CB used to be the best Bakery for breakfast and lunch Bethesda. However, there has been a marked decline in the quality of the baked goods and the preparation of meals in Columbia, Md. This reflects more on management than on the workers who are allowed to serve the public with less than mediocre efforts. Add to this, poor customer service, and you have a recipe for a disaster, not the kind of recipe that keeps customers coming back when there is no shortage of competition for breakfast and lunch. Not recommended.
Pancakes were excellent. Brown Sugar Latte was delicious. Steel cut oats were very salty however. Women's bathroom was in need of repair. Staff was very courteous and welcoming.
Service was slow despite ordering ahead. Then our food sat on the counter until we went back up to get out despite them saying they'd bring it to us since they had made mistake. We were 4 of maybe 10 people in the restaurant so not sure why service was so bad. Food is good though but overpriced<b>Food</b>: 5/5
This is a Sunday morning breakfast staple for me. Pancake breakfast for under $15. Busboys and poets charge $30 for the same meal. Staff has been great. I stopped going for a while due to maintenance issues, which took way too long to fix, but those have been resolved. I'm burdened by the use of single use plastics as others have mentioned this wasn't the case when they first opened and sometimes the food/coffee is not as hot as I'd like, but usually the quality is what you'd expect for the speed and price. They've expanded their breakfast options recently, but i have not been feeling adventurous. Parking: Plenty of parking across the street.
