I came in on Christmas to buy firewood. Their sign CLEARLY read  2 for $10 . My son bought two and was charged almost $20 I contacted corporate and spoke to the marketing manager Fredrick on Jan 1 when he called me back a week later and he said he would make sure they refunded my money (the manager on duty was horribly unprofessional and I truly believed Fredrick was going to take care of this) I came in on the early morning approx 8 days later (I was called out of town on an emergency so couldn’t make it in right away, considering it took him a week to call me in the first place I kinda thought he would understand) no one knew what I was talking about, they were busy and I had to get to work so I said I’d try again later. I went back again today 1-21-18 and again no one has a clue about my refund. I called Fredrick and he said “I took too long to come and get it and he will personally come meet me on ANOTHER day” keep in mind I’ve ALREADY been inconvenienced three times over THEIR MISTAKE and bad advertising. I used to frequent this corner store at least 4 times a week and purchased ALL my gas in both cars and my truck. I have since directed all my business to Carry On at the corner of 151 & Potranco and will NEVER set foot in that location nor any other Valero store again. Shame on your HORRIFIC customer service, talk is cheap. It’s all in your ACTIONS to right YOUR wrong NOT inconvenience your patrons, don’t forget WE are the reason you exist!!! I will make it my mission to post EXACTLY what type of experience I had at this store. I may only be one person but I have three adult children that used to shop there too I’m advising them and all their friends on my experience. I gave y’all well over a month and THREE chances to make this right. Keep my $20 and consider it my gift to you and I hope you learn what TRUE service IS!!! 

If any one in Valero corporate would like to talk to me in regards to this get with Fredrick to get my number or leave a message on here I’ll gladly call you with the photos of what was offered, dates, times, names etc.....I would hope you would care about what’s going on at your store #1604

THIS IS THE BY FAR THE WORST CORNER STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME AND LIED AND SAID I WAS ASKING PEOPLE FOR MONEY I HAVE NEVER ASKED ANYONE FOR A CENT. I WAS VIDEOING OUTSIDE AND THEY DIDNT LIKE THIS SO THEY CALLED AND LIED TO THE POLICE, SO WHEN THE POLICE SHOWED UP AND HE COULD SEE THAT I WAS NOT ASKING FOR MONEY AND I WAS VIDEOING HE WENT INSIDE THE STORE I GUESS TO LET THEM KNOW THAT VIDEOING IS NOT BREAKING THE LAW. Donald is horrible at customer service! I literally just walked in to fuel up my car and use the latrine. I'm a disabled vet and don't do well out at night. There is a sign up that says closed for cleaning. Donald is counting lottery tickets. I politely asked if I could use the restrooms because a cleaning sign was up. He told he didn't know because he just came in. I said thank you and walked to the register right next to him where a lady was working. I asked her if I could PLEASE use the restrooms because I was about to pee on myself. She looked at me then looked at Donald and responded with, I don't know, he's cleaning them. I looked up at him and said please!? He told me it was wet and I said I didn't care I had to go sooo bad. He then refered me next door to the restaurant to see of they would let me go. As I walked out the door I tell them both that was great customer-service. I was gonna fill my empty tank up but I'm gonna go somewhere else where they don't make you feel like an inconvenience. 

To mention, if Donald did not want me to use the restroom he should have just said so. He is an old man, not a young child.
