Stop to get a drink and use the restroom and there is no Toilet paper. I inform personnel and 15 minutes later i have to remind the same person in a rude manner. Employee then rushes to replace TP and doesn't even bother to clean toilet seat that has Crap stains on it. I checked their paper checklist as to when it was last cleaned and noticed it was yesterday (Jan 16) between 2pm & 4 pm. It is now Jan 17 at 9:18 am. Here is just a few pictures of the men's restroom. Last time i visit Valero.
