Story

Corner Tubes is open seven days a week during the summer months, weather permitting. Holiday hours are typically extended. When in doubt, give us a call!

In addition to our basic tube rental and shuttle service, we also offer all day, late-day, overnight, and multiple day rentals. Prices vary based on selection.

We offer shuttle services to Austin, San Marcos, San Antonio, and anywhere in the New Braunfels area. Call for reservations and pricing.

The Comal River in New Braunfels, TX has a history all its own. It is the shortest navigational river in the United States. It is spring-fed and retains a year-round temperature of approximately 72 degrees, consisting of three main tube chutes for that extra excitement!

Bought all day passes. Launched at 1:30. Done at 3:00. No pick up til 3:30. Took 30 mins for van to pick up; too many people waiting and had to walk back. Floated again. Done at 6:45. They close at 7:00. No van by 7:00. Called. Phone rang and rang. No answer. Had to walk back again. $17 per person times 12 in our group. Wow! UPDATE: Personally spoke to owner. I can see how the 7:00 pm pick up mishap happened. I can accept that issue. Our party split up, when the first half of party arrived it was assumed that the entire party arrived. Owner is a stand up guy. Class act. Took care of issue and we are happy with the resolution.

Went down to float the river this past weekend with some friends, and had a blast. The staff was efficient and on time to pick us up from our house. The river was clean and when we got off the river there was a bus already waiting to take us back home. I even left my wallet in one of their company vans and their staff mailed it to my home in Austin the next day. Would recommend this float to all age groups. The management and staff members are truly exemplary.

Great service. Tubes were pretty cheap and they have a great deal that if you want to go down the river again its only an additional $5 per tube. They also take you down to the river and pick you up at the end. When we got to the end there was not a long wait to be picked up.

The guys were great. We got there on a day that they were opening late so I called and they came down and opened up for us. They also gave us a great recommendation for lunch.

Yeah definitely not coming back here. Everyone was very nice and they're great but this place is overpriced for what it offers. It's the only tube rental service near the Comal River that charges for parking (I checked) and they make you WALK to the river instead of dropping you off like other rental services usually do (Rockin R). The only reason my boyfriend and I came here was because we had our own tubes for once and the Rockin R doesn't give shuttle services to those who aren't renting tubes. So we came here only to end up paying $61.... when we didn't even rent any tubes! Included in that amount, we paid for all day passes ($5 per person) and when we get back from the shuttle (that by the way TOOK FOREVER TO PICK US UP) they told us we did not buy all day passes and had to pay again? So why was I charged $61? The oblivious girl went back and looked for our receipt and found that oh yes we did pay for all day but she was about to charge us again :) Honestly everyone was friendly but really really regret wasting money here when really all they did was make us wait for half hour to get a drive around the block. I'd rather walk and still have $61 dollars in my account.
