The staff was friendly but the facility was pretty lame. If you've ever been to any other trampoline park you'll be dissappointed with this one. Fairly small. Three trampoline runs and that's it. No dodgeball. No foam pit, no ropes. You have to walk to another building to use the restroom.

Decent facility, friendly staff.  No water or restrooms at Springloaded--you have to walk to an adjacent building.

Read the liability waiver very carefully.

Fun for kids, great for birthday parties, OK for parents. Have to walk to separate building for bathroom. Didn't see a water fountain which would be nice for kids. They do have a snack bar though. Can buy food from restaurant in main building but way overpriced.

It was a great,fun place and there maybe no restroom but that's why they have tsr right next to it and there's no AC  because it technically a workout so you can burn more calories and lose weight if you really wanted to👍🏽😊

Had my sons party here. All the party rooms are upstairs so it gets hot right away. There is no restroom in the building. It's also warm downstairs as if they are trying to save on electricity costs. Jumpy Place is way better.
