Please call the store the weekday hrs are incorrect. Some used some brand new. The owner is awesome! His son not so much

The source of my issues with this business was not directly their fault, but in business you quickly learn that you earn repeat by handling adversity with class. This establishment failed that test. My wife ordered a piece of furniture from their catalog, dark brown/darker brown striations. The item as delivered was orange with green and white striations from outdoor wood treatment, lacked appropriate finishings like washers in the door locks, instead just a poorly engineered wood screw and had an unleveled top face. We found this to not match the picture and not be excused by the citation of the material source, reclaimed wood. Rather than being an upstanding agent caught in a bind by coaster furniture the proprietor choose to set his battle with my wife and i. Who mind you offered 70 dollars to cover his cost to pick the item up from our home but the focus of the owner was only on his full bull of sale. (Mind you, my home security cameras capture the open ridicule towards the look of this item the guys own employees expressed. A laughable site. Literally.) The man was greedy and set himself on his customer rather than deal with who he thought was more powerful, his supplier. This is not how one should treat customers. Use caution when dealing with this business.
