This place is freaking awesome I was able to get everything I needed for my new kitchen even had money left to get my washer and dryer.  The manager Charis was patient with my indecisiveness and even gave me ideas I didn't even think of for my kitchen. I highly recommend this place and Charis for new Renovators!

You know this place has really cleaned up a lot. Their customer service is phenomenal the products they offer a while yes most of them are used to selling great quality and they let you know if it's worth it or not. The prices are unbeatable that I would not go anywhere else to shop for my appliances you can't beat this place they are very friendly.  They treat you more like family than they do a customer and it's very refreshing when nowadays customer service doesn't exist . I would recommend this place to anyone for all your appliance needs

The snowblower I purchased was $500 below anywhere else I looked.Staff was great.Had it assembled when I arrived and put it in the truck for me.Very happy.

I was in the area shopping and decided to go into the store. I was just looking and didn't plan on buying anything. I was met by a pleasant young lady named Charis, she asked if I needed help and I told her I  was just looking. After looking around for awhile she came and struck up a casual conversation with me, normally I get annoyed at that but she wasn't trying to push a sale on me, just talking. Well let's just say I ended up with a purchase anyway all because of her friendly approach. I hope Sears knows the valuable asset that they have in Charis, because of her I will be back if I have any other appliance needs and I am definitely telling my friends about her.

I went to west orange Sears outlet and it was amazing. I was welcome with a smile and positive attitude. I found what I needed and more. I recommend this store to anyone.
