Worst gyno I have ever been to by far the lady at the front desk is one of the only nice staff members they have. I have been here 5 times in the last year and my problems still have yet to be solved and addressed seriously. All they are good for is collecting money.

My experience was beyond phenomenal. My gynecologist Jodi Holbrook M.D. was heaven sent. She was so nice to me. The staff was very friendly. When I went to her, I was highly frustrated with a different gynecologist. I was in a horrible mood because I felt neglected and like no one cared. I was snappy with her, but she was very reassuring and broke the ice very well. She not only understood my problem with fibroids, she took action. I want to say three weeks after we first spoke, she resolved my situation for me. I apologized many times for my behavior. She hugged me with understanding and compassion. I can't say enough, or speak enough praises on her behalf. My surgery went very well. All of the staff were wonderful. I barely even have a scar. I feel so blessed to have met her. She definitely has a customer in me. I love her so much, I would recommend anyone to her. I will be grateful for the rest of my life.

Absolutely horrible staff and clinic!! when I tried to call in to get a prescription called in per Dr. Holbrook's instructions, I could not get past the automated phone system. Finally when the secretary answered, she was rude, condescending and obnoxious. I tried to explain that I was upset because their phone system wasn't working and I had to call back at least four times. She didn't care and said it was my fault I had trouble with it. She then demanded my call back info. I gave it to her and hung up because I couldn't stand to hear her anymore. Dr. Holbrook called back, yelling at me and telling me she was terminating me as a patient because the secretary went crying to her telling her I was rude. I was upset, but not rude. Dr. Holbrook refused to listen and kept yelling so I hung up. Terrible unprofessionalism and extremely rude staff. After reading all the reviews, I won't recommend her to anyone ever again, which is a shame because I had nothing but high praise for her after my hysterectomy. Also, when I did see her again after that she didn't even remember me. BAD doctor and staff!!!

An absolute nightmare, the nightmare being Brittany the APN, incredibly rude and unfriendly, doesn't care about your needs and will make you feel immensely uncomfortable. I am so glad I left when I did.

I have seen her four times over the past four years for routine visits and have always had good service. I have been very impressed with the doctors bedside manner. She most take notes in my file regarding things we chat about during my visit because a year later she will ask questions regarding my work, kids, travels etc. She does not rush me out the door, she asks if I have any concerns or questions and makes me feel at ease. I am going to see her in a few weeks and will update my views if needed, but as of now, I would highly recommend her
