Great pieces and pricing, unfortunately the customer service is very poor. We really loved a few pieces, but the service made us feel unconfident as the associate we were dealing with knew very little about the product and care. She made little effort to assist us with alternative options.

With an esoteric blend of contemporary and antique furniture There is something here to please everyone. Picked up my sectional couch there and love it

I USE to really enjoy this store. I've made a few purchases over the last 2 1/2 years. 

I showed up tonight at 5:55pm to quickly take a photo of a dinning room table that I wanted to show my wife. However, I was chased out of the store by a male employee who was leaving before the store closed at 6pm.  I didn't appreciate the condsenating way he spoke to me and I won't be returning for future purchases anytime soon. 

Thanks and I'll always remember "the store closes at 6pm"

There is a huge selection of timeless and contemporary furniture. They design their own throw pillows and throws and there are so many amazing styles. It is a smaller run business and they offer shipping for a set fee of $90.00 with assembly and removal of packaging. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience, would definitely go for future furniture needs!

I'm trying very hard to be diplomatic and polite as a long time member of the Galt Cambridge ON community.  I recently had what I thought was a poor customer service experience.  I did ask the Sales Staff if I could make my comments to ownership via email.  That was almost a month ago and I've yet to hear from anyone.  It's a big store with wonderful things to purchase at reasonable prices.  I know it's difficult to keep up with expansion, but there are lots of ways to make.  I'll be hard pressed to walk into the Main Street facility again.
