Our air conditioner wasn’t producing cold air. We tried other companies & Correct Temp was the only one that could come out the next day. The technician was Jay. She was amazing! Very polite, personable & explained everything she was doing. She kept checking to make sure everything was working properly. The unit needed freon & she got it and installed it. Unit is now cooling the house. We are VERY pleased with Correct Temp & Jay. They will be our go to company should we need anything fixed.

Our neighbor recommended Correct Temp for an issue we were having with our central air conditioning system.  Technician Jimmy came out to assess the unit and was on time and professional. The unit needed some repairs and didn't break the bank. I highly recommend Correct Temp HVAC!

We had a tough job with our heating system, Jimmy came out and was FANTASTIC! The problem was quite involved and Our Tech Jimmy came out multiple times to make sure we were getting hot water. Communication between Correct Temp and us as the customer was excellent! Very satisfied

They came today for our spring maintenance and they did an amazing job! We’ve never, ever had a problem with them. The people who work there are kind and easy to talk to and I highly recommend this company! My family has worked with them for as long as I can remember and they were always kind and respectful. They also always do a very thorough amazing job and can point out any problems that our system may have . If you’re gonna go to any company like this, definitely use this one.

It’s important to know that a neighbor and I had serious problems with Correct Temp this past Thanksgiving. Although my heat exchanger died just before the summer, I decided to wait until fall to have them replace it.  We both had heat exchangers that had to be replaced. They were under warranty—therefore no charge for the part.  Correct Temp charged me $1,300 for just the labor! I believe my neighbor paid even more. It required less than a day of work. Let’s say it took the repairman six hours. That’s $216.66 an hour.  Of course they had a right to charge me for labor.  I asked to speak to the company owner and the representative refused. I then asked for an itemized estimate. They refused.  Plain and simple: They ripped us both off. For a lot of money.  I should mention that the technicians are excellent to work with, although it turns out I again wound up paying for previous repairs I didn’t need.  I’m looking for a new provider. Any recommendations welcomed.

We have been using Correct Temp since 2016 and they are great!  We purchase a maintenance contract with them every year and they come out during heating and cooling seasons to assure everything is working as it should, and efficiently - which saves energy and money!  When we needed repairs to our furnace, they were here quickly and worked with us to find an affordable solution.  The service personnel are knowledgeable and courteous and respectful of your home which is a big plus.  And the office staff is very helpful and nice when you call.

We have been using Correct temps since we purchased our home in 2014. We have been having some ongoing issues with my boiler/hot water heater and correct temps has been great at servicing my system on an ongoing basis and whenever there has been any problems. Billy the tech who recently came to my rescue was fantastic, courteous and kind and ultimately fixed the problem. He recognized that one of the parts that needed to be replaced was a part that should have been under warranty and honored that. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of Billy and the Correct temp company. That means a lot to me especially in this day and age. Oh and they do a great job at a/c installation aswell as we had our entire system replaced a few years ago. Thank you Correct temps, Billy and Ashley, Karen  and the rest of the Correct temp crew!!!! My central air system, at 15 years, stopped working during the hottest days this year. Correct Temp came to my rescue and today installed a new system. Justin and Zack came out for preliminary review and today Bobby and Yadiel performed the installation. These men are professional, gracious, friendly, and efficient I would not consider going with any other company then Correct Temp. In addition , my daughter, Jacqueline, who negotiated with Correct Temp for the purchase and installation is very grateful for the efforts made to install the A/C system in a very timely manner

Second year in a row having a great experience with Correct Temp. We have them come out and check our mini-splits and outdoor units. Ray has come the last two years and he is AWESOME. Very thorough and friendly. We will continue using them for our yearly maintenance.

Called Monday am to schedule service in AC unit that stopped blowing cold air.  Got a Thursday appt, but they called again a few hours later because they had a cancellation, and could be there that same day.  Jimmy arrived and diagnosed the problem to be a broken wire within 10 minutes, and it was fixed less than 30 minutes after he arrived! Well done!
