Cortello Salon is hands down the best salon I’ve found in Jacksonville Beach. The salon is clean, inviting, and very modern. They always offer you something to drink when you check in and everyone in the salon is friendly. It’s a full service salon that offered cuts, color, shampoo, and other luxury services like blowouts and deep conditioning treatments. 

As someone with very thin and fine hair it’s almost impossible to find a stylist who can cut my hair, but Lynn always does an amazing job. If you have thin hair definitely ask for her. This last visit I came with inspiration pictures of Taylor Swift’s hair circa 2014 and Lynn got my hair EXACTLY like hers. It looks AMAZING. After three visits working with her she totally understands my hair and my hair needs, which, again, is so rare when your hair is as fine and thin as mine. 

The only negative I can think of for Cortello is that it’s a bit pricey, but you really get what you pay for. And compared to other high end salons around Jacksonville it’s actually pretty reasonably priced, especially compared to salons in Riverside.

I moved here in July and after 2 less than satisfactory visits to other salons, I found Cortello. I couldn't be happier with my experiences at Cortello. I have complete faith in trust in Kaitland when it comes to my hair, she is very knowledgeable and helpful. It's always a pleasant and relaxing experience, and well worth the 20 minute drive for me to get there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, I would recommend Cortello to anyone. There is no reason to go anywhere else!

Been a customer since 2012 and love Cortello Salon! I have yet to receive a bad treatment, love the customer service, and especially the products! They also have a blow dry bar for styling needs. I had myself and my bridesmaid take advantage of this service prior to my wedding rehearsal lunch back in 2013.

My favorite part is the shampoo & conditioning of the hair prior to the cut.   All the stylists I've encountered have been helpful & professional. Top notch salon!

My visit to Cortello was 100% positive from the time I enter the building until I left.  I was greeted at the front desk by a  very friendly and knowledgeable staff member.  I was quickly introduced to my hair stylist Sam.  She was absolutely amazing.  Spent time really listening to what my expectations were and knew exactly what I wanted before she ever touched my hair.   My haircolor turned out beautiful !!! very highly recommend Cortello Hair Salon and my stylist Sam ! She was awesome!!!

I have been a customer of Cortello since they first opened their doors.  Through the years I have ventured out to other salons but I keep coming back here time and time again.  The staff, experience, and most-importantly the product: cut, style & color services are the best.  I always leave feeling pampered and beautiful.  I have been a customer of Kayla's since 2008 and never had a bad experience. I have also recently begun seeing Hannah for cuts as well.  I cannot speak more highly of either of these ladies and the services they provide.
