I cannot say enough great things about the year of positive experiences I’ve had at frangipani. Every single person in the building is always so welcoming and truly wants you to leave the salon with everything you want and more. Laura S. Has helped completely transform my hair over the past few months by not only taking time to focus on details while I’m in the salon but also giving me the knowledge and product recommendations to maintain color and health in between treatments. 

I just found myself saying how incredible it is the amount of work that goes in to making my hair look so natural and never once have I felt like it was work for Laura. 

Every single thing about this salon is 5 stars ❤️❤️❤️

I've been in Jax for 6 months now and struggle to find a hair salon locally. I had a really bad haircut and a few weeks later heard about Frangipani from a co-worker. I had a wonderful experience from the second I walked in the door. Everyone is super friendly and very attentive. My appointment was with Holly and she did a phenomenal job! I have very very thick hair and she gave me the best haircut I've ever had. I will definitely be going back, and highly recommend Holly!

Came in on a recommendation and now will certainly be the one recommending! Chelsea was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and articulate in her work. We discussed color and highlights and she gave me some great options. Found my new place and stylist!

I missed appointments due to my health condition and treatments. But I always called 2-3 days ago to reschedule it. The manager called me by saying” I missed many appointments and we should cut our relationship. I can’t go over there anymore. it costs money to their stylists” I have never heard such a thing before. I am taking about my doctor is not allowing me to come due to my chemo therapies they talk about their stylists can’t make enough money. Where did humanity and moral values go? Extremely bad customer service and money oriented place. Very rude , very arrogant and very materialist management. Where did humanity go? Please don’t give your business to them . They should learn they are opening their doors because of their customers.

After going to my sister's salon- Named Best in DE,for years, it was so hard to find a place here in Ponte Vedra that even closely compared to what I was used to.  Cami took her time and explained everything she was doing.  I was going for a new look and she gave it to me!  IShe did an amazing job.  Very happy with the service I received and will be back to Cami for sure.  She was very personable as well. :)  Thank you Cami for making me feel beautiful again.
