years of visiting Cortez Plaza. The location is very convenient. It has lost several of the large stores I went to but has gained a gym I go to regularly. I see all day patrols of the parking lot. I have advised caution to single women at night.

Great location centered on the 2 busiest roads in Bradenton. With anchor stores such as Burlington Coat Factory, Bed Bath and Beyond, Ross, and Petsmart. The parking lot design is a little crazy, especially with all the traffic this plaza sees. Sort of a rough crowd at times, but they do offer security, but they're few in numbers during business hours.

Some good stores in here.  As retail locations close it gets harder to keep a place like this filled with stores, but this place seems to be doing well.  Restaurants look clean, there is a Game Stop...

This place has all the stores you need for quick shopping and also a barbershop  which came in handy   while getting  my son ready to go back to school

Very nice plaza. A lot of restaurants and services. My favorite place: Burlington Coat Factory store. Friendly staff and huge choice of discounted designers merchandises.
