It's dying.  It really is dying.  Yet, the Pizza place in the old food court said they are dropping millions of dollars (yet again) into this mall -- Yet, most of it is going to the Movie Theater -- Instead of the "Dollar Theater" they are going for the regular, leather seats that recline, 3-D -- whole 9 yards.  when (if) that happens -- I'll gladly raise the stars as business and stores will open.

Kind of torn on this one, there aren't great shops in this mall but I went for the ice penny salon for my daughter, to my surprise there was a huge beauty supply store just outside of the jcp, everything you could need for African_American or textured hair needs! I believe its called Jenny's ...Definately check it out
