I walked into the cosmoprof store in Yonkers ny. The staff made me feel so uncomfortable. I needed to purchase items for my Esthetics business. A tall man with dark hair asked if i needed help. And I said no because I was already in the correct section. While I was in the isle near the register, looking at skin care he loudly asked if I was registered at the store. I told him yes. He made me feel like I needed to leave and that he did not want me there. He was very rude. Had he engaged in conversation and then asked if I needed help or if I was registered then I would not be complaining. Moments later I decided to look at disenfectant items. He goes to the back of the store and starts whispering to another sales girl with blond hair. She began to walk to down the isle that I was in very slowly. She did not greet me. She did not acknowledge me either. She started looking at items on the shelf and I felt her watching me. I felt so uncomfortable. I began to walk out of the store. When I walked towards her I caught her looking at me. Then she quickly looked at an item on a shelf. She still didn’t say anything to me. I felt like they thought I was stealing. I had on a hat and a thin jacket. My wallet was held in my hand. I did not have a purse on me. I do not know where they thought I would place items to steal them. I will never go back to this store again. I just received me esthetics license in September and I will be opening my business next year. I was very excited to finally be able to shop at this store as a professional. Now because of this experience, I never want to shop at any of the Cosmoprof stores!

If your are open online you may want to actually be open. Went out of my way on sunday to get there and not even open. Poor management.
