HAS TO BE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYONE CAN WALK INTO .... extremely rude walked in to make a return with proof of purchase receipt and was assisted by a very ARROGANT woman named PATTI ..... PATTI .....PATTI..... PATTTI ....PATTI I WISH I NEVER WALKED INTO STORE WAS LIKE A THIRD WAR COUNTRY TREATMENT AND SERVICE .... I actually threw my machine I wanted to return in the garbage .... absolutely disgusting service by her worst I had ever been treated and I’m a customer service person for 15 years never had seen a harassing treatment. Caused a scene in front of others. Very pushy and very negative and very very very very UNPROFESSIONAL to be servicing customers of the public.

Don't know why anyone would shop there when you have Sally's and Ulta! I must have gone on a bad day because I found the staff rude ! They were all in a corner talking about some trip and completely ignored the customers.one lady needed help and was greeted with annoyance. Will NEVER go back
