So I took my nephew here to get a simple cut and mind u I've been stewing over this for about 2 weeks. He was nervous to get his haircut by someone new since our regular person was out of town and we had a family gathering this same afternoon. We got fast service which was great. We go to the back get all set up and the stylist looks at his hair and first question was when's the last time You washed your hair. He looks at me confused and says this morning. Okay he's 10. She's like well there is chlorine iin your hair and him being confused says yes I swim a lot. Then notices he has bug bites on him and on his scalp.... him and his dad had a bonfire the night b4 and obviously didn't put enough bug spray on. All this time just not being friendly and making comments. First of all I did want to thank u for your service and we got in and out really fast. But I did not tip you for a job well done but to simply help pay for you to learn how to talk to people. Your job as being a stylist is to make people feel good about themselves and not to make them feel like they are gross or disgusting. He is a 10 yr old boy and knows nothing of the special shampoo to get chlorine out but I guess the diamond oil I have for my  daughter or the crew shampoo did not work since we washed it with both!! I won't be back after that!
