I went to a stylist here by the name of Jerome to get highlights and lowlights done in my hair which cost $250. When I got home I noticed that I had tiger stripes (lines from placing lightener over the top of the foils) on the left side of head. I tried to cover it by styling my hair different ways but became so frustrated. I called Jerome to set up an appointment to go back in and get it fixed. When I went back in to get my hair redone (complimentary service for the mistake) I was told that in order for Jerome to dry my hair I would have to pay for it. It was 8 o'clock at night, 10 degrees outside in the middle of February, and I was nine months pregnant. I was not going outside to a cold car with wet hair so I paid for the blow dry. I would have not been back into the salon again if it was done correctly the first time. I then called the manager the next day and told her what happened and asked for a refund for my forty dollars for the blow dry and explained what happened. She told me she would talk to the stylist and call me back. When she called back she said the stylist Jerome told her that the stripes were from my previous color (dishonest) and that they would not give me a refund. She then went on to offend me and said that if money was an issue that Jerome recommend I go see another stylist. Money was not the issue morals was the issue. I then asked to speak to the district manager. I called her and left a message explaining the situation and asked her for a call back. I had never received a call back from her until I called again over a week later and asked to escalate the call to speak to the regional manager. I then that day received a call from her. I explained myself and was told the salon would be giving me a call back. The salon never called me back. I then called guest services. Guest services said they would personally handle it and give me a call back the next day. They never called me back. I then called guest services once more and they told me the district manager told them they would not be giving me a refund. I asked to escalate the call to the regional manager. The supervisor then told me at guest services they would do that but could not guarantee a call back from the regional manager. I am absolutely disgusted by this company and how they have conducted business. I would not recommend that anyone go here to get any services done. The stylists and manager think they are above anyone! Or at least that is the way they made me feel.
