I went tk have my hair cut here. She took about 4 inches off of my hair which i asked for but totally butchered it. It looks absolutely terrible .i came home and cried . I asked for long layers and there is hardly any. The ones that are there arent blended at all. I have never had a hair cut look so sloppy and choppy in my life. Now i ahve to go somewhere that can fix it and pay more to have that done .i will never go back here ever again!!!!

This Cost Cutters is hit or miss if you don't know a good hairstylist. I used to schedule appointments to get my hair done w/a certain woman who no longer works here. I was pleased every time. Since then, it's been nothing but disappointment. I got a waxing recently and it was almost like the girl didn't want to do it. They were uneven and she left wax on my face and didn't aloe it. My face was red & burning afterwards. I wasn't going to say anything because I was in a hurry to get to an appointment. Thankfully I live close and finished the poor job that she did at my house. I will definitely look into going elsewhere from now on.

The works are nice but the woman that did my buzz cut sucked.  She left a lot of long hairs I went and bought my own clippers.

I had an appointment this morning at 9:30 with Ashley to have my hair colored.  The store was supposed to open at 9 am.  
By 9:30, the salon was still locked and dark.  Other  ladies were looking in the window, and left without getting any service.
I left at 9:35, and I will never call them again.  I'll find someone else to do my hair.

Sign says open 9-6 on Saturday. Stood at the door from 9:45-10. Called and called. No answer and closed. Super inconvenient.
