Do not , I repeat , do NOT go to Regis Hair salon in Valley View Mall . They have a few good hair stylist but the one I saw today RUINED my hair . I asked for balayage . She basically put hi lights 3 inches from my roots . Before she even did it , I told her if she thought blonde would ruin my hair than I'd just do a caramel / light brown color . She was like that's fine. Blonde won't ruin it . Ok . Whatever . So than she puts foils in my hair , and puts me under the heater . Ok. Normal experience so far . Then she says she'll be right back , she's just running to H&M with her friend . So she's gone for a while , shopping with her friend . Comes back , and is like ok time to rinse it out . So she starts rinsing it out and I was like does it look ok ? Do I need a toner ? She's like no girl it's fine , your hair isn't brassy . Ok . Great . So I'm happy . Until she dries it . I notice that my hair is fried . So she cut off about 2 inches . Not only is it fried , but now it's orange , and shorter than I wanted . I walked out of there with my hair in a brassy orangey blonde bun with tears in my eyes. Seriously, the WORST experience ever.

This salon is ok but strictly OK. The ladies seem kind of unprofessional to be honest. Won't be coming back.
