I've been coming here for 3 years since moving to this area. They're such great people, they always do a great job on my hair whether color or cut. The prices are very affordable. Sunday morning are super busy!

I guess if they've been too busy they don't care about customer service. Also, please don't argue with someone about the way they want their hair, especially when they are showing you a picture of Themselves with the desired hair cut. If you honestly don't know how to cut hair like they are asking, please refer them to someone else who does. I've been here a few times and have NEVER been treated so rudely, I would like my money back for the hair cut I received. This is ridiculous.

I called to inquire about getting my hair cut and dyed. I was told that the salon was not equipped with the proper tools to style my hair, and that it would need to be straightened in order for the dye to be combed through my hair. I am African American and I have a tight curl. This salon is supposed to service all hair types, not just loose curl or straight hair. It was very ignorant of the stylist to think that because I am African American my hair requires special tools. Perhaps this store needs to properly educate it's stylist on different hair types, and be open to styling hair of types.

Just had my hair cut and colored by Ashely and I love it! I haven't had it professionally colored since my other stylist moved out of state 5 years ago. Ashley was fun, friendly and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. Great customer service by her and Josie. I highly recommend Ashely and the price was very affordable!! Who knew Cost Cutters? 😊
