The lady with a long blond hair, don't know her name was rude rolling her eyes when I told her how to cut my 14 years old daughter's hair. Her opinion was that girls that age usually tell her themselves what they want! And that's what she said. She doesn't know that my daughter is shy and she doesn't talk much! And what ever I said she ignored me or she was pissed. I told her twice not wash my daughters hair and she did! For free. Because she felt bad for my daughter! That is non of her business! We were supposed to go somewhere after that and it was very cold outside and I din't want my daughter to be with wet hair. I was not cheap. I even tipped them, because of the other lady Linda who was great. This person asked my daughter all kinds of personal questions! I hope she gets fired! I'm not coming back!

They always do a great job on my hair. I have never been disappointed. I have never had to wait long.

Ok I understand they close at 6 PM on Sundays but I got there at 5:50 PM. The lady was very rude and pointed to the clock and it was not 6 yet. I have worked customer service and was trained that even if you close one minute before a customer comes in you have to take them. She should have locked the door but she knew technically she couldn't because they do not close till 6PM so what is the point of being open until 6PM if you cannot serve your customers till closing time. I drove 5 miles to get my 2 year old son his first haircut and he was crying cause we had to leave. I understand I was running behind but still got there before 6 and the door was still open so that is what upset me. She did not even apologize. I will make a complaint tomorrow. It would have taken her 10 minutes to cut his hair and I will be asking them about the rules and if I should have been seen cause I will still there 10 minutes before close. Rude and lazy is just my honest opinion.

Holly was my stylist and was super sweet and talkative when I came in but that unfortunately doesn't make up for her lack of listening and how horridly she cut my hair. My hair was about half way past my butt and i've been growing it out for years to get it this way and simply came in to get the dead ends trimmed, layers trimmed and my blunt bangs trimmed. Instead of cutting off just the dead ends she felt the need to lop off almost about a foot of my hair not to mention it was not straight cut at the ends but was choppily cut different lengths with different cut off points. Then my bangs, which I explicitly stated multiple times were grown out and I just needed them bluntly trimmed straight across she cut pushed back and instead of them being straight and blunt had gaps and were again, all different lengths that jaggedly went up and down. It was so bad I had to get it fixed that night by a local barber who couldn't believe how badly it was cut she seriously thought a five year old took a pair of fiskars scissors to my hair. I have been trying to get a hold of management or someone simply so I can get a refund but just keep getting thrown through hoops and when I spoke to Holly, the lady who cut my hair, she contiually cut me off/ would not let me talk and was fighting with me saying my statements were false, she took out my hair from the garbage and measured it and it was only 4 inches off (because I don't live with my hair everyday and have zero clue obviously how long it was) and it was my fault because I didn't realize how much she cut off until I was home and I didn't say anything before I left again because I didn't get a good look at my hair or bangs until I was home. At this point I am going to contact corporate because again, everyone I speak to just keeps saying they will have someone get in contact with me and once in contact with these people they have to get in contact with more people or are unable to do anything and I am really fed up with this lack of customer service, lack of communication and lack of caring these people have for their customers when all I simply want is a refund. I used to love cost cutters but this experience ruined that for me and I will never be going back to this location and I highly recommend to anyone looking to get a good haircut to avoid this place all together.
