I went for a pedicure and it was actually a very good one, good services included too, for the price. What I didn't appreciate, was the rude comment from the person who was giving the pedicure. I picked a cheaper one, for about 35.00$, and she goes, "whoa, big spender!". On previous visits I'd also have my nails filled and they just didn't look great. The comment about my spending was the last straw. I found it rude,  unprofessional, and uncalled for. So, that's why I choose to no longer "spend" there. 

Skill wise, I think all of the workers have good/ decent experience at different things. I've had other fills and designs here that I've liked, but overall my impression with the treatment I received at the shop made me not want to go anymore.  I'd endorse Anne's Nails, Aura at southridge (go to Jayden), or rose's nails. All competent and nice people there✌🏻

I went to have my nails done yesterday an the young lady who took care of me yesterday was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL!!!... She was looking dead into my eye's as she talked about me in her language an as I looked at the other staff  they all avoided eye contact with me as they hung their head's down at that point I knew in fact she was  talking against me!!!.. I felt so disrespected I started on several occasions to get up an walk off but the process had already started.... I've been getting my nails done for many year's going to other places thou I decided to go there cause it was closer to home... But to all who read please do not allow these people to disrespect U as I did by sitting there!!!... To top it all off I was charged for filing my nails an than talking an laughing at me while looking at me in a very disrespectful way!!!... I was absolutely SHOCKED!!!... I should've gone on google before making my decision to go there!!!.. I cannot believe a business can treat people so badly an get away with it, it was appalling an as I write this,  hours later thinking about my experience I am still shocked!!!...

I wouldn't recommend nobody to go to this place unless you can deal with rudeness. I been to this place probably 5 times and every time I go I always get a attitude from someone in the there. Now don't get me wrong they do great nails but they attitude STANK veryyyy veryyyy rude. When you want a certain person to do your nails they get offended and I feel like if I'm spending my hard earn money I should get whomever I want to do my nails. They pedicure sucks just as well as the services...

I have been going to USA nails before they moved into the Mall, probably  5-6 years.. The entire staff is friendly. I have never had a problem with the work they do. Thank you USA Nails

I always love going there but today was an absolute let down... Felt very disrespected... I have recommended so many people to go there and now I'm not so sure I feel the same way after my experience today!!!
