Absolutely terrible service. I called to refill a prescription and the system took me through a long process and confirmed that it would be ready for pickup at 1pm. I am here at just after 1pm and I’m being told that I shouldn’t “trust the machine” and I should always talk to an operator. Then why do you have the automated system. It’s now 1:30 and I’ve wasted 20 minutes standing around! I will stick with CVS, thanks.

It was quick and the prescription prices are insanely inexpensive. I got a prescription that I would normally pay $60 a month for and I got an entire Year's worth for $60. I definitely suggest utilizing Costco's pharmacy especially since it is state law that they have to provide you Services even if you aren't a member. Really really really great deal
