Dr called in two prescriptions. My husband went to pick them up and they said a half hour. Hour later he asked if they were ready.. they only had one ready and forgot to put it through insurance so said it would be a few minutes. Checked again a half hour later..the y said they were still working on the second prescription. It’s been two hours and they still don’t have it done... my husband went to get gas.. and run errands ... I need to change pharmacy’s...

Most disorganized pharmacy in the valley! Expect them to consistently lose your prescription. Call you when in fact they haven't filed your prescription and a whole host of other issues. Stay away!!

My doc's nurse called me at work Friday morning to tell me they renewed my script at Costco. A call there at 1:30 could not confirm they received it and I was told to call back later. I called back in an hour and after waiting was told they had it. I wanted to pick it up on my lunch and it was already 2:30, I was told to give them at least an hour. I arrived there at 4:00 and they had 3 of 90 tabs for me and I was told they would have the remaining 87 Saturday, tomorrow. I arrived there Sat after 5:00  and had to wait in the line with about 7 people in front of me. I was told they do not get med deliveries on Sat and it "should" be Monday. I left and rushed to the Draper Costco and had them call Murray to transfer my scrip. They were happy to help me and had everything ready just before they closed. They did charge about 70% more for the same med, but at this point I was through arguing.

They work hard at taking care of everyone!
And I know it goes both ways, customers can 
Be not nice, and the employees are a bit unkind too. But I still like them.

Literally the worst pharmacy EVER. They constantly lose my prescriptions and force me to track them down. When my doctors send them in through voicemail rather e-scribe, they conveniently don't check their voicemail! Earlier this week I waited an HOUR AND HALF on a Wednesday and had to leave because it STILL wasn't ready. Here I am, back on a Saturday (not by choice) to pickup the same prescription and I've been here for TWO HOURS AND 11 MINUTES!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
